lol. it's exactly the same effect they use at Starcraft II Protos-Mothership...

Could be a work in progress. Dawn of War II has certain HUD elements and sounds from Company of Heroes.

It's a big sphere of shimmering light. You can only design them so many ways and still have them usable.
