Looks great, only thing I'm not keen on is the main character. Got my fingers crossed for a Frank West unlockable skin!

Looks nice. A bit backwards visually, but I think this is one game where it doesn't really need to be revolutionary. The original game was excellent, but required the player to grit their teeth somewhat and endure the design flaws, making it a bit of a marmite game. It was worth the endurance, it was a game that just got better and better, but if they make this accessible from the start, it'll be a winner.

^^ Was going to say exactly that; the game looks a lot of fun but i hate the design of the protagonist.

As long as it doesn't have re-spawning convicts-in-a-jeep, I'm happy

I HATED THOSE GUYS. ESPECIALLY THE MUSIC IN THE BACKGROUND

I wonder what that timer in the Top middle is for? I hope they've still kept the game quite freeform, and not turned it into a series of 'kill as many as you can' mini game missions.

Hmm, marmite moments indeed. I loved the single save, ground-hog day style of the first game (multi-play throughs) with all the different endings and plot points. I'll miss those... just as long as they sort out the loading and load times with this one.

looks good. more than one save please. the amount of time i had to start this game again and again after the housemates picked it up and then "saved and exit" after dieing, but i eventually finished it and it was class.

The timer looks like some kind of rampage mode thing, probably not a key part of the main game.

Not the best trailer ever. The odd lack of music and the choppy direction didn't really give it any atmosphere. Still, the basic mechanics of DR were always great. So long as they just fix all the rubbish surround those mechanics, they will have a strong game on their hands methinks.

instead of fixing it, they stripped out what was wrong with it... hmm, could work. Still, that whole concept of time passing and things happening regardless of you was pretty cool, it was the escort missions, jeep guys and some other shit that killed the fun.

yeah the first one had some great ideas and features but some bits were annoying ( JEEP GUYS) but I think i will pick this up as it looks like a great laugh just like the first one except better hopefully.
