Imperial guard are getting Heavy Weapon squads. Can't really remember what the rest are getting.

I believe that the Orks get some more shooty guys (can't remember the name), the Eldar get Harlequins, and Chaos gets a Chaos Demon Prince. Seems that the IG get the most boring addition really...
