In a universe at war, it turns out everyone's a bit of a git. The Eldar are sneaky space witches, the Orks are brutal maniacs, the Dwarves are extinct and humans are crazed fanatics. Still, we're not here to make friends, we're here to crush and conquer.

Are you sure it's Chaos at the end not the Tyranids? I'm sure they will include the 'nids this time, but I suppose they could be saved for say the first expansion seeing as this looks so good people will buy it regardless of which the initial races are.

I love the Imperial Guard but not sure whether they'll even be included later on due the more closely squad focused nature of this game.. without their tanks the guard will struggle, even if they allow you greater numbers of infantry than most races!

If you are referring to the style in the trailer the first cinematic for Dawn of War was realistic in style and absolutely awesome.

The expansions had in game cinematics which were cool but not �berawesome like the first one and this one.

Bit dark... still bloody awsome tho, relic capture the feel better than games workshop at the moment, jsut off topic has anyone got the new rulebook? was thinking of getting it for the backstory... I dont play anymore I swear /nervous glances

If anyone has read the 40k book Warriors of Ultramar which deals with a Tyranid invasion of an Imperial planet then you'll see how that describes the Tyranid fleet as looking like wisps of dark smoke on the night sky (all the millions of spores floating about) so my money is on 'Nids being in this one.

Really cool intro. I like the Warhammer universe; I love the detail and depth, and really like the art style. I had a couple of issues of White Dwarf years ago now, and I used to enjoy just looking through the artwork in them.

The Tyranids will be in this game... an extended edition shows him attacked by a Lictor. This game will be SWEET! Orks better be in it... AND have Deffkoptaz now!
