Crysis - Technologies

This is more of a corporate pat on the back for all the parties involved than a trailer, but it does include some new footage and the chance to marvel at what will surely be one of the PC games of the year.

It will be an expensive game engine demo.

Hopefully someone will develope great games on top of it! ;)

Made me laugh that it starts to stutter (the pc playing it) just as they wax lyrical about the lush graphics.

I was watching this video and suddenly I heard my GPU start crying in the background. Not a good sign.

I can't wait to skip all the intro logos!

I'm glad they emphasized scalability for different hardware.

    Can't wait!

What a bunch of tedious old fucks. Last thing you want to see leading up to big title is this bunch of plodding project managers, revealing how pedestrian this game is underneath the tree-shooting. More interested in the AI, which was good in Farcry. Same old usual lame OTT story and teen-wank character design.

Well I for one like OTT storylines and teen-wank characters. Bring it on I say, bring it on.

So...what have we learned from this?...oh yeah,of course, unless you have a Pc costing £1500 or more...dont bother coming to the party, you'll just be dissapointed.

    Quad core, 8800GTX Sli, 4gb ram, 10,000rpm Raptor Hdrive..etc,etc,etc.
