Can't say I like the over-done depth-of-field, but they probably cranked it up there to show it off. Doesn't really make sense in a videogame when you're usually scanning your eyes all around the scene.

I read in an interview (poss in edge) that the devs of this game say that the engine is very scaleable and that if you like you can crank settings to a level that would bring down a Quad core, Dual 8800GTX w/4Gb RAM DX10 system (if you are that sadistic) apparently they are looking to the future and reckon that in a few years and the hardware around at that time will make the game look even better.
PS: I liked the "Holy Shit Balls" comment! lol
