Is it just me, or did anyone else think HL2 meets Metroid Prime? Not half as impressive as I'd hoped, but it's just a brief snippet, I guess.

Just how boring is it just watching someone play a game?

Doesn't look anymore interesting than taking on the original Cyberdemon or Spider Mastermind from Doom.

The jungle stuff is where the game looks the bollocks, not some bog-standard take on a big-boss in the open style stuff.

I guess this is the DX9 version of the game... since there are no DX10 graphics card out there. Very nice lightning effects, but the final exposion was a real letdown.
