Im kinda saddened that they changed Ethan from an everyman into a rage filled gravely voiced alcoholic.

Bring back Matt Parkman, and no the people that loved the first game didn't want more combat.

Not quite Shinji. Silent hill was realsed in 1999 complete with scary wheelchairs. Session 9 was released in 2001. Session 9 is a cheap crap rip off silent hill and is stupidly predictable.
