You wouldn't be anywhere without your co-driver, you pompous rally car-steering snob! But apparently that's actually not far from the truth, although we'd say a car was slightly more essential. Vroom.

If this game doesnt impress you (graphically that is), i dont think any other racing game will.

I imagine the monotonic voice shouting directions gets tired real soon.

I really liked the demo and past installments of the game too. Dare I say it, I may even get used to the 'American' voice and overall lean towards our Western neighbours.
Also, the graphics are excellent! Some moments of that video were almost photorealistic IMO...simply superb.
The only critique I do have is the dust falls to quickly. It needs to be denser and the feel of the cars need to be more 'slippery'...they feel TO good!
Also, the first rally game that introduces ragdoll spectators that let me plough through them when I screw up gets my full admiration.

The demo looks pretty amazing.

I agree with most of what you say Papa, but the yank voice over is shocking. If the EG review doesn't pick up on that i will be shocked and if you can't turn it off i'm not buying.

I think they could've recorded and used multiple takes of the same line. Would make it less boring and more realistic. This guy sounds like a robot.

Dont judge the game by this video, check out the demo and im sure you will be impressed!

No, haven't tried it. The movie looks ugly, but like I said, might very well be the compression.

Seems to plays just like Colin McRae and a bit disappointing given the hYpE!

Only thing that disturbed me some was the somewhat unrealistic physics of the cars. It stood out especially in one sequence (around 2.55+ into the video) where this rally car takes a turn way, way too fast. It looks like he's driving with slicks on asphalt and even then I'm not sure he could do that turn so quickly at that speed. Anyhow, I'm looking forward to this.
