Most of the characters in that trailer are from the game Total Overdose.

Err, from what I've read its a 're-telling' of the story, but they ditched the free-roaming bits and supposedly changed the levels and story enough to effectively make it an all new game.

Well I hope that's true. I liked Total Overdose enough, wouldn't mind playing something similar so long as the levels are mostly new.
