I would tend to agree with you on that the loading times were fast the driving was fun and most of the time it didn't feel unfair. However looking back 160mph is too slow, the invite frieds at any time thing though is a great addition and will be better in the ps3 version.

better on the ps3 for a fanboy
Like most games it will be identical (unless it falls into the larger category, better on the 360)

Criterion have said that the friend invite thing is slicker on PS3, I think because they need to use the standard Live friends mechanism on 360 but can do whatever they want on PS3.
