Bully: The Scholarship Edition - Trailer

9 (7 ratings)

Sticking to its guns with the Bully title rather than the less inflammatory Canis Canem Edit rebranding of the PS2 title, Rockstar shows it's happy to keep the Daily Mail reading public champing at their mangled British Steel bits. It's like badger baiting, but with people.

Actually looks like fun, but not for the little ones - they may get ideas from this...

I'd heard a lot about this game, but never really seen any footage of it, so i had assumed from the pics and description that it would be set in Northern England. Having watched the trailer, I feel I should have been right - the game seems to occupy a bizarre cultural hybrid ground between 1950s English boarding school and modern American high school. :S

If it doesn't have you bending a a lesbian fellow student over a toilet and buggering her while flushing her head, it hasn't justified the media furore over it.

I really enjoyed this game on the PS2, and if there are some more side missions and classes this should be equally excellent.

@ DcP729UK - So what's the excuse for the PS2 and the 360 versions then?

Bully was absolutely fantastic on the PS2, and wrongfully overlooked by way too many people. It was superior in terms of charm and storyline to prety much all of the GTA series to date, extremely funny. and had an absolutely fantastic original soundtrack.

Well worth picking up by anybody that's still open to the free-roaming experience.

I could do with more games like this than GTA. I'm bored to death of GT-bloody-A.

DcP729UK dont get you hopes up for the wii its controller is a lot of fun but at the moment my wii is gathering dust wich to me just confirms that the fun is limited to when you have your m8s round you know drunken partys etc its just pointless for games like this imo

If you haven't played bully id advise you do it has a brilliant score as previously stated and brilliant atmosphere.

Makes you wonder what a half decent dev could do with the Harry Potter Franchise.
