of course it is un peut fronch. It is after all inspired by B13 nes cest pas?
(ok, thats just an assumption, but it fits) Guns, cQc and parkour, ghettos, etc.
I hope it does take on the dropped crown for timesplitters as someone mentioned. this could be excellent non?

Given the look of the environment I think the idea is that the bin bags act as camoflage, allowing the wearer to hide in the gutter with the rest of the garbage.

Seriously looking forward to this, wish Bethesda had released this on time and delayed New Vegas to address its many quality issues.
