And yes.. the massive amount of shooting might get a bit boring (Yeah i know it is an RPG system like Fallout 3). Also almost no blood or impact physics?

The low damage is a slight worry but then again the creatures didn't seem that dangerous either, so I have to assume it's like most RPGs in that your crappy gun is fine for crappy enemies and the better kit comes along later, in time for the nails badmen. I'm also putting a certain amount of leeway into the equation to allow for people playing, as they clearly were, on pads, and thus not being able to actually aim properly.
Hope there's as much basic exploration in this as there is gunning down legions of cattlepunk mooks. Shooting is great as long as there's other things to do too.

Playing the campain coop is really a nice fearture on the PC, a lot more fun than singleplayer, eventhough the game is good in that mode too.
I like games like Stalker where guns behave realistically too, but this way simply presents a different challange, it should not be a reason to keep away. Unless you really cant stand gameplay like that.
If you're not too sure wether to get it or not, wait for a price drop and at least get it then.
Borderlands is definitely one of the nicer surpises this year (at least on the PC).
