Blade and Soul - Extended premiere

NCsoft's latest MMO offering is this gorgeous looking title from the Lineage II dev team. With Unreal 3 engine under the hood and art director Hyung Tae Kim's tendency to 'overemphasise' certain female physical traits, this is sure to have a distinctive visual style, and apparently features a uniquely evolving storyline.

    Many mmorpgs look great from their previews but turn out to be god awful (RF Online and Archlord come to mind). I'm hoping this one will be different. It looks amazing.

    so far i've not played an NCSoft game that i haven't liked, and they have the capabilities to produce the best and most polished MMOs on the market. Unfortunatly as well reailised their worlds are and how beautiful their games are some of them are distinctively eastern in their approch.

    This, keeping with tradition, looks amazing, and if they can break the grind aspect a little to make it a little more palatable, i see no reason why this wont be amazing. I see Aion is atl least trying to break that sterotypical mold and start to introduce quests and storyline and hopefully this will follow suit.

    The words that are most obvious from the little write up under the video (to me at least) is; "features a uniquely evolving storyline. "

    I must say it does look very good, the pvp fights especially so. The only concern being it seems like you can only have 1 v 1 and you get locked into some long animations. Still if they can remove the grind-hell and fill it with interesting missions they could be onto a winner.

    Not that that'll happen.

    Looks unbelievable, like the Magna Carta graphic design.

    But I'm so stuffed with the tits, ass, naked hips, small white "innocent" underwear when the camera accidentally drops a bit. Just make the women naked or else, dressed as much as the men, and be done with it.

    As it is, it looks like a lot of wankers are computer game developers...

    this is a seriously good looking game, exceptional production values in character and creature design, lush environments, interesting looking combat and proper top quality animation. (shame i will never play it, damn)

    Can't wait for the stupid amount of twelve year old boys playing as girl characters. But still it does look good beating the crud out of them when you're a giant male-thing.

    I didn't know what to think about this until I saw 5:07. Wooo! That looks like great fun if you can actually do that in game.

    From the video it looks utterly beautiful. I was disappointed with how RFO turned out but I can only hope that this game turned out like this promises.

    It's like a beautiful cross between SC4 and DMC4 which would be just up my alley.

    totally fab very creative cant wait to play it once it releases!!! (hoping it will be one of the best mmo's)
