I finished the game quicker on the hard difficulty because ived learned how to play the game better. Since you also start with all weapons and upgrades its not hard at all. Im currently on my ulimited climax difficulty playthrough and breezing through it.
The hardest part of the game is the Alfheim portals. Some of them are really tough.

If you're having trouble with Hard mode, then I think you should probably leave Infinite Climax alone if you ever unlock it.

To do those fights, especially the Jeanne fights without losing a single shred of health and to constantly pile the damage on like that, is genuinely frigging impressive!

Indeed, and that my friend is why dodge offset is the most genius game mechanic ever. Once mastered, this game becomes something else entirely.

Nearly completed on Hard and there is no way in Hell I could ever play it the way they've shown. They didn't even rely on Witch Time!

Will be good to get this through my door finally. I ordered the hardback edition at the same time I ordered the game itself. The alfheim's are still kicking my backside and hopefully this may have some info to help me.
