    The advertisement before this said 'underestimating your enemy'. In battlefield I just blow him up with my tank (or rpg him while free falling if that's possible).

    There is a fucking helicopter (looks like a Little-Bird) being flown in that tunnel (T2-style) at 0:41.

    Great trailer, even if it does worry me that I'm going to spend most of the matches deploying my usual online MP tactic of "WTF, what the hell's going o........oh, I'm dead. Again."

    Loving the base jumping. Its gonna be so cool being the jumper or even being at the bottom watching all the lemmings!

    Oh how I wish I could actually fly choppers. Thats was one glaring error in BFBC2 single player - no chopper levels to learn.

    Heatseekers are an excellent addition to the series. About time they actually made it easier to get rid of the frikkin boringly good pilots!

    Nice, but not a day one purchase for me.

    If there is one thing i've learned in the near 10yrs i've been playing DICE Battlefield games, is to wait a few months for the first or second patch to sort out servers and bugs.

    Would rather come into the game with a polished product than jump into a frustrating bug ridden mess.

    There are plenty of servers with no one playing (on PC at least). Join one of those and give it a go.
    If you join an empty server on Isla Innocentes you will start on the attacking team right near 2 helis for practising with.

    @Fightclubber well I reckon 100% is. And I also suspect that the majority of sales will be for PC - £1bn has been spent across the world on PC upgrades to play BF3.

    There will be legions of un-opened chutes on that jump. New-comers desparatley pressing every button while the ground moves closer. Eveyone has to learn and I personally jumped off plenty of shit before figuring out how to open my chute.

    @FireMonkey Thanks for the advice but I am a 360 player. My talent allows me to lift-off and slightly move in a particular direction but thats about it before I have to bail!

    Sad my pc won't play it at it's finest settings!

    I worry that 24 player on console will be a huge disappointment, BF only really shines with big 64 player battles, with BFBC you could forgive it as it felt kinda special oppsy....but BF3, hmmm i don't know. Guess we'll see next week.


    If the servers don't crash due to unexpected workload! :p

    yep without doubt the 360 will sell the most. Yes they have shown mostly PC footage but only as a marketing ploy, this game like almost every other,is aimed at the relatively piracy free console market.

    As much as I can't wait for BF 3 like everyone else and having pre-ordererd the game. I am getting bored/sick of some BF 3 related video or article every single day.

    Being developed for PC and marketed towards PC are two seperate things. But I'll let the sales figures do the talking as I can see the PC fanboys are out in force.

    That is stunning. Finally a game that can take advantage of my dx11 card. I caved in a preordered on Origin, can't see a Steam release pre launch and this is day 1.
