    I don't even notice the ads, not as much as in other games. Like Splinter Cells horrible ad placement.

    The only ads ive seen are ads for BF2142, including pictures of the new vehicles

    IFV = Infantry Fighting Vehicle, officially, although that thing has no resemblance whatsoever to what I understand the term to mean. That looks like a charva hoverjeep, and in true BF style will be about 10% as good as that cinematic makes it out to be even when properly crewed, and spend most of its time being used as a taxi by lone pilots spawning at the wrong end of the map. I suppose it's another thing to enjoy blowing the shit out of with a tank or a mech.

    Real ads on billboards are not a problem any more than fictional ads are (besides, a cursory net search can bring you instructions on how to firewall out the ad provider), it's when ads start flashing over the crosshair or in the chat that you make a fuss.

    Ads are not in the game yet there are placements for them but as of yet none have been used. Well i have seen none.

    People moan about ads and all this but they watch TV/Films which have 100's of product placements all over them.
