    MUMMY!

    Looks like they've incorporated some ideas from Battlefront 2, which is no bad thing, just interesting as Battlefront obviously copied Battlefield.

    Saw this earlier in a nice, hi-res version - looks awesome, but I'm still loving BF2 with no plans to change and I'm actually more excited about ET: Quake Wars at the moment. Still, looks like more BF fun, so who can complain?

    It does look like they're just using the BF2 engine with a couple of added sparkly bits though. So I guess this is like what Battlefield Vietnam was to Battlefield 1942. I sincerely hope it's better than Vietnam though.

    Aye, I must say - it looks nice, but is it that much more than BF2? It'll be interesting none the less, I look forward to zapping my team-mates with a laz0r pew pew beam.

    BF 2142 vs Quake Wars ET

    NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I cant decide and i have only one life so i cant play both for hours, its not fair. But being such a big fan of et i must say quake wars still haves the edge

    Played ET once, instantly hated it.

    Logged over 180 hours on BF2.

    Wonder which one I'll choose? :)

    This looks damned good, I love BF2 however, I do wish they had better objectives instead of capture the flag all the time. From the vid it looks like you can place demo charges and blow objectives up... I hope so.

    This is the first BF game that is to me taste. Very interested in this. Especially since it is a game where EU ppl can indentify themselves with (not playing the eternal yankee). Also saw some artwork and it looked very nice.

    Except that BF2 doesn't have CTF, it's one of the worst things about it.

    i believe tht shows the new "titan" game-mode for Bf 2142. it involves basically blowing up the enemies main ship (the fat ass thing in the sky) while defending urs....so far BF 2142 looks promising.

    So how do you blow up the AT-ST-like walking jobbies? If they're too strong then it'll be back to playing BF2: Alton Towers - queuing up for hours just to get a ride that lasts for a few seconds. -_-

    when it says actual footage i thought it meant gameplay not just a movie

    looks ok, from the development timescale this is just built on bf2,,,,,,,,couldnt this just have been done as a 3rd party mod?

    Maybe some actual gameplay footage will be included the next time around.

    One can live in hope...
