sort of splinter cell meets prince of persia i guess, that climbing then stab bit looked like it could be an ingame bit

Cripes, I'd better start saving if I want a PS3 and 360, which is looking more and more likely.

Poor old Wii - easily 3rd on what I've seen so far.

given the disaster thief 3 turned out to be i was hoping someone else would pick up the mantle of medieval sneaker. hopefully it doesn't feature too much POP combat.

how does ubi decide whether to go PS3 / 360 exclusive on each title? bidding war?

Assassins? From the trailer, it looks like the usual semi-hollywood pap. Before anyone forgets, the historical assassins were an extremist mystic Islamic sect, who engaged in political violence against Europeans and "apostate" rival groups. Now, if someone is willing to do a straight take on this, frankly contraversial, background, I will be very very impressed.
"Save the holy land" from the crusaders!". Cool.

And here I was hoping for an update to the amiga classic Assassin...

But this looks good too, though it seriously resembles the later Prince of Persia. Regardless, I hope it's fun to play.

I think the shot where the assassin type is vaulting over the balcony is in-game.

rumours flying around that this is coming to 360/was being demoed on one.
