hopefully theyve learned from things that went wrong with chromehounds and the mp modes will be nice and stable from the start.

Also including a good single player mode so that EG doesnt get confused when they do their review, and give it 4/10 /cheeky nudge

Welcome to the Japan Winter Olympics 2436 Ice Skating competition.

I like the way legs are completely obsolete in this game, everything flies around or goes zooming on lollerskates. The prerendered bits clearly show that they knew what they wanted to do in the first place, they just didn't do it. Mechs are supposed to stomp; this might as well be a low-altitude flightsim. Having said that, it looks really pretty.

Wow, its like Chromehounds on acid.

Why would EG show a trailer of a game that's not going to be released in the UK or Europe?!

And what happened to the Machwarrior franchise? Those Japanese bots wouldn't stand a chance against a next-gen MadCat - but somhow the developers are not keen on bringing him back to life - and his friends. It's sad really.

^Lol, those ancient Mechwarriors would be owned by these AC4's.

..and afaik, this game's coming to PAL regions as well, for the 360.
  • Macross #9 6 years ago

Isnt the mechwarrior franchise owned my MS so I have absolutely no idea why they arent milking it like a bunch of thirst cow enthusiasts on the 360 the wierdos
  • Chtulie #10 6 years ago

Yay, a next gen robot game that isn't stuck in the slo-motion setting.

mechwarrior2 was the pinnacle of Mechwarrior games. Which is a shame since it was released so long ago.

Never played any AC but they do seem a little less connected to the ground than one would expect for bloody great big battle suit robot machine things.

sry for posting so long after this has been out, but... u have no idea what your talking a bout bud. 10 madcats would get swiped with 2 strokes of a lasersword. u have no idea how big these things are. the madcat goes as about as high as to a knee of an AC, not to mention the
AC is about 3x faster and way more manouvrable. You just compared a wind up toy with an R/C tyco rebound, friend. LURK MOAR, mechwarr fanatic.
