Combat Operations is the American title for the recently released Armed Assault. It features a few improvements over its European counterpart, including a hardware gallery, extra cut-scenes and a new single play mission featuring the A-10 tank-buster.

Yes, just like OFP but with poorer single player campaign but better multiplayer.

Bit buggy just now though but looks like BI aren't shy about releasing patches.
