    Burned once with Arma, will not be pre-ordering this until the reviews confirm that the cheating bastard AI can no longer spot you in total darkness, 500ft away, after you've shot someone with a silenced rifle.

    Totally and utterly killed Arma for me.

    @George,

    I know its no consolation, but the AI had excellent hearing apart from silenced weapons, they were crap against them, but could pin-point your position from a mile a way quite happily otherwise. The main problem with the AI is that it would only shoot when it thought it could kill you, and usually it could. Aside from not being how soldiers really act, it made them seem like a bunch of aim-bots.

    Still, this looks like it could bring just about any pc to it's knees. Very much want, whoever, mostly for the excellent co-op gameplay.

    Graphically amazing. I wish a contemporary timed RPG could one day have realistic graphics like this.. but nooo, I always have to put up with pointy eared elves and ridiculous magic acts.

    I think being able to pinpoint an enemy after only hearing one shot is a tad superhuman. It's the second shot that'll give you away, usually.

    Edit: i am, of course, a basement-dwelling gaming nerd (with assassinations being only a small, part-time job), not a well-trained soldier. Maybe it works differently for them.
