Why do I always fall for this shit, ive got a dusty connect a load of plastic instruments in my shed, a Wii sat doing nothing , yet I still want this even though I know it will be shit Reply+30
Both Asylum and City were right on the money for me, great use of the license, loads of characters from the comics etc. These games actually made me get into reading some of the comics that have already been mentioned on this thread. Like Year One and the dark knight returns etc.
My only worry is that Rocksteady did such a good job on the games why the hell dont they want to make the 3rd. Have i missed something can someone explain to me why studios do this? Reply0
I am nearly 35 and because of life's pressures I thought I was drifting sway from gaming. It can't be true though , as soon as I saw this I was like, how cool is that. Reminded me of how much gaming is in me.. Reply+1
I agree with pretty much every word of this article, sums up my feelings on the subject better then I could of put it myself. Not suprising really because I am not a professional writer.I 'll give it a wirl though.
Imagine that freemium model is a giant meteor about to crash into planet gaming and destroy everything wehave grown to love in the past twenty or more years. Pretty scary stuff. In these ELA (extinction level events) the dominent species are wiped out because the environment they live in is changed so radically they cannot evolve quick enough to survive . Some life will remain and in the vacum left behind by the disaster , it has room to grow, thrive and ultimatley evolve into something that it would have never had the opportunity to if EA had'nt been destroyed the astroid freemium.
Ok that was really shit , if anyone actually understood what I was talking about please explain it to me. Can I neg myself? Reply+1
Eg seem to be a bit guilty of click generating culture, I only still read the site much partly out of habit and theres still some food stuff every now and then. Is it possible that advertising revenue is shaping the journalism , EG have you lost your soul. Reply+1
Just a little rant I have nt got it all out of my system.
Give me a console for playing games, yeah haveing iPlayer and shit is nice but not at the expense of games performance, stupid Microsoft don't make me jump ship to Sony, Reply-3
I reckon the game is finsihed. The next 6 months will be spent taking parts out of the game to release as DLC at a later date.
A good way to make money for rockstar would be to include re fueling of cars, were you have to pay for virtual petrol using MS points. If this is the case I will have to complete most of the story missions on a mo ped. Reply+1

I bought a logitech bluetooth speaker recently, largely becasue i couldnt stretch to the bose soundlink. For the price around £70 it was by far the worst looking but best peforming bluetooth speaker. I love logitech, thier budget gadgets are wicked.... Reply0
Nice to see that a lot of the people on this forum started thier carrier in the 80's like me. All my hopes rest on the next gen of consoles, I do think that mobile gaming has the potential to fck up the cycle we have all become accustomed to, Nothing and I mean nothing can match the excitment of a new console launch. When that cycle stops my fear of death will be cured. Reply+1

Come on that's really cynical thier trying to do a good thing. If you don't want the games just give then six quid. I bet you complain about everything:) Reply0
I Fucking hate microtransactions in games, 99.9% of games that feature microtransacction may aswell be telling me I.need to join a dating.agency as they've got to many horny women and need.men desperately , it's the same base level of exploitation internet scam.companies operate on and I hate that it's working its way into a hobby I have loved for many years .. I know what went wrong. They scaled back the destructability for better visuals. I for one preffered the destructablility even though it meant simpler building design and less textures, BC2 stood out from the rest becasue of the carnage not the illusion of carnage BF3 has. Reply0
But the most important aspect is there is a psychological transformation of the customers and the publishers that has to happen before everything is F2P on every platform.
This needs to be an engineered psychological change so customers except they pay more for the same content. Reply0
