  @AgentDaleCooper I agree , worst thing about ps3. Also, I only realised recently that you need DOUBLE the space to download and install games. I am now in the unfortunate situation where I have several large games I cannot install until I complete and delete several existing games - I really hope this does not become an issue in the next gen Reply +29

  I used play for many years and used to get some cracking bargains - often quite new ps3 games for £17.99 !
  Like many have said though , they really did go downhill over the last few years , not just prices but so many times preordered games , allegedly dispatched the weds before Friday release date would often end up appearing the following weds/thurs (whereas once upon a time would turn up on release day).
  Also only once had a problem and found the customer service in this one occasion shocking! Reply +1
