  Good article, if a bit pessimistic.
  
  I guess I'd split it into two issues:
  1. Is it going to make money? No. free, hackable games no publishers are going to want their games on it.
  2. Could it work? Yes, it could be a bit of an industry changer. Allowing a lot more indie developers to make games and get them out to gamers.
  
  So I think the kickstarter promises made will not be fulfilled but you could get a strange little console with an interesting future. Reply 0
