Will try, why not its free and I played a good bit of Magic The Gathering, so yeh seems a fun way to get a Blizzard fix without the mandatory 2hr+ play sessions they assume all Wow players have. Reply0
Nintys dead in the water. Great software ideas as always but there losing out to the hardware giants now and its painfully obvious to even the most hard nosed fans.
Like others Id selfishly push them to software only if it meant them not dying out and being able to pump out more quality AAA titles on more formats, but a little part of me just wants that awesome piece of Ninty hardware, you know the one thats on par to a PS4/Xbox, something that takes the ideology and combines it with that slick visuals we all hunger for.
For me and many others its that constant niggle that says, despite the innovation Ninty can bring, the visuals and the little flairs they bring account for maybe 20% of the experience and to constantly be playing something where your thinking "This is amazing gameplay, but they need that little bit of gfx oomph to enhance the experience, to seal the immersion" just ruins the deal.
Its like saying heres your favourite meal, you,ll be almost addicted to its taste, however were not going to cook it right 90% of the time.
Only problem is you eventually will sicken of it, and well here we are. Reply+1
I just dont get it. 20yrs ago this would of been geeky and sad. Today we are a wash with gaming media, its everywhere, from FB games to mobiles, to consoles and more. Yet despite this and the fact its as big an industry as Movies/TV, we cant get it together and air a few hours of award show for the industry?
Highlight reels on obscure tv channels != time given to TV/Film/Music awards shows.
In fact we devote a good 2-3 shows each a year for TV, Film and Music, yet as stated Games are a no no?
Quite how given the movie like budgets and scripts many triple A games command its just mind boggling!!! Reply+1
Bang on Eurogamer. Couldnt of put it better. Excellent film and so worth a watch for any of the following reasons:
You enjoy animation
You enjoy games
You enjoy films in general.
But dont be fooled into thinking its a 90min who`s who of old character cameo`s. They do show up, but the main story is Ralph and Sugar Rush, neither of which in itself is a bad thing.
However to my mind the foot holder tie-in needed to be a multi platform and relatively modern character, which might not have suited a partnership with Ralph. Reply+3
