    @Raizing

I think it's quite clear you neither understand the word or concept of liberalism.

You seem to have a very broken idea of what's going on in the world around you and with a straight face are desperately trying to play the victim.

'Unite the Right' was the self-proclaimed biggest gathering of racist, anti-Semitic, anti immigrant 'victims', since these statues were put up. No one who attended in their behalf is 'innocent'.

Your ignorance of the very matter we're discussing shows, and slagging off the Left is your answer to everything while still ignoring the blatantly obvious.

If you really want to know what it's like to have your country taken away from you, your speaking to the wrong crowd. Try some black South Africans, I know a few and they'd be more than happy to school you on such matters.

Also, the term ANTIFA is coined by racists in polite society because cowards don't want to be seen as anti-Anti-Fascists. It also sounds foreign, dangerous and exotic, I mean to some it could almost sound like an off shoot of Al Quaeda. You sound like one of these fools.

    @Raizing

The fact you think being anti racist or anti fascist is a Left or Right issue speaks volumes.

The rest of your diatribe appears to be a cut and paste job from the very groups that have co-opted this meme.

The 'statues' are nothing but offensive wallpaper whose only purpose is to celebrate a twisted version of American history that 'patriots' like promote. They're monuments to White Supremacy in its most naked form.

I'm not trying to bully you mate, I'm just calling out your defence of the indefensible. You've made it clear where your sympathies lie but don't hide behind some cobblers whine about Left vs Right when a woman was murdered on American soil by one of your free speech advocates under a Nazi flag!

Oh, and by the way, she wasn't armed, she wasn't rioting, she was merely peacefully exercising her right to free speech.

Yeah, it's the media's fault! GTFO!

It doesn't matter what the original aim was. Once co-opted by oozing scum it becomes tainted.

Ask Ben Sherman how their unintended association with the far right done them no end of good.

Racists create racial divides and then like to whimper about what victims they are 'cos everyone's so sensitive.

Interesting that White Nationalists and Neo-Nazis were marching arm in arm in Charlottesville singing Kum By Ar.

Actually they weren't, they were singing, 'Jews will not replace us!'

Tell us about that difference again? Also, what is it about their values and beliefs that speak to you so passionately?

I think the biggest differential between the Pro and XOX is the additional ram. The ability to include higher quality textures will be where the 'power' will show above resolution.

I'm surprised this isn't being highlighted above resolution talk. In my mind it's the entire 3rd Party ballgame.

I got stung with the GTDF gathering dust under my desk, so I'm out of that game for while.

Having said that, the wheel I'm interested in is the new GT wheel but I can't even think about that with a Pro on order and Christmas round the corner.

Back to DCVR, as I've said before, the sense of immersion was complete despite the visual compromises and after that first lap I was hooked.

I loved PSVR and despite being given the all clear by the CEO, I can't justify the expense. Maybe next year with a more rounded library and with a better sense of the support going forward, I'll bite the bullet.

I'm just glad there's a lot of positivity around most users experiences and l hope it's successful. People are always going on about next-gen gameplay, VR could be the key.

I wonder if the issue with DriveClubVR is that your playing with a pad rather than wheel.

At the demo last week they only had it with the full seat, wheel and pedal set and I found that gripping the wheel and resting against the pedals 'grounds' you in the cockpit, so there's always a physical connection to what your seeing.

The issue with nausea seems to result because of that lack of connection. I would have played for hours if they'd let me with no ill feeling at all. This is the reason I was leaving the Battlezone and Eve demos till last. I didn't want to start my first experience feeling rough.

As with many things you get what you're prepared to pay for.

With only one major OLED manufacturer, LG, prices may not fall for a while. For actual HDR on an LCD you need a full array dimming backlight to isolate the peek highlights.

    Everything else is a compromise.

Just tried PSVR in Sheffield and I've got to say I'm quite impressed. The graphical comprises are obvious but the immersion was complete.

I tried London Heist first and laughed my arse off. I genuinely thought I was gonna fall out of the van when I lent out of the door. DriveClub is where the compromise showed most, lots of aliaising, but once the race started, all issues evaporated and I could have spent many hours lost on track.

Be The Batman was a fun experience but very little depth, at least for the dressing up part that I played. I good introduction to VR I think.

The headset itself felt like wearing a baseball cap in that I forgot about it once in game.

Overall, a very positive first experience for me but I still ain't parting with the cash just yet. Experiences are great but I like to play games and the lineup currently doesn't justify a purchase.

Glad I've actually tried it though. With enough support it VR will be game changer.

How could I have guessed, the infamous anonymous source!

Now point me to another source.

The reason I ask is that, that is the ONLY source for this story and yet PSVR has been demo'd for the past two years on standard PS4's for two years with no complaints.

Every person I ask about this points to exactly the same article and ignores the fact that it's been playable for years.

I agree it could and I think it will do more. The message will evolve over time as others have mentioned.

But for the next 18 months he wants to sell S's and he wants those S buyers to be reassured that they're not buying into a short term deal. I think that's today's message.

And here's the weird thing, when the message does evolve down the line, after Scorpio's launch, I think it'll be seen in a positive light.

Sorry, let me be clear. In terms of the fact that there are currently only two UHD players on the market both more expensive and heavily under supplied.

Most of the AV enthusiast sites I visit are all over this news. The early adopters are desperate for a decent reasonably priced machine to feed their new screens and Microsoft have just put one out in the field. Non gamers for sure but 'new' consumers none the less. Remember how many ps2s were bought as DVD players.

As I said in the other thread, my mind is blown that MS will release a consumer UHD player before Sony. Just think on that.

As for the console games market as a whole, I don't think it's going to change the direction of this gen.

The S will be the cheapest UHD player by close to 100 when it comes out in August. I believe that's how long Sony have got to get their message straight about Neo.

Xbox has just been opened up to a new market that I think Sony were trying to tap with Neo and they may have just cut Sony off at the knees.
