Apologies - yes, the downloadable version is out now. Thanks for spotting the error. The preview has been amended accordingly.
It's the boxed copy which is being released on 15th April, alongside a special edition which comes with a t-shirt, soundtrack CD, deck of cards and poster. Fancy that. Reply0
Apologies everyone - as Will has said, it was the Xbox 360 version he played. The article has now been updated to reflect this. Sorry for the error. Reply+14
I can only apologise for my incorrect attribution of the song Living in a Box. Of course it was by the band Living in a Box. How could I have been such a fool.
If Richard Darbyshire, Anthony 'Tich' Critchlow and Marcus Charles Vere are reading this - please accept my sincere apologies. All the best with the fire engine DVDs. Reply+3
Yep, I did play it right the way through - I'd prove it by telling you the ending, but I'd only get accused of spoiling things :)
I didn't just dislike the game because of the God of War similarities, or the tits. I found it got repetitive and felt dated, that the cut-scenes were silly and the puzzles were unimaginative, amongst other things mentioned in the review... Sorry if this wasn't clear enough.
I did like some things about Dante's Inferno, and I as I said I do think diehard fans of the genre will find stuff to enjoy here - which is why it got 6 and not, say, 3 or 4. Reply+39
Sorry, yes, it's Top Gear, not Top Garden. I think I was imagining some sort of weird Top Gear-In the Night Garden hybrid, where Jeremy Clarkson tries to prove the Ninky Nonk is faster than the Pinky Ponk by racing Richard Hammond to the Tombliboo bush. Reply+6
Apologies - there was indeed some confusion with the press release formatting. There is no PlayStation Eye 2, it's just the PlayStation Eye. Sorry for the error. Reply+11
We would have reviewed the game sooner but we had trouble getting hold of a copy. Sorry for the delay.
I was actually writing the penultimate paragraph of the review when the news Just Dance was at No. 1 came through, so I wasn't influenced by that. I did know it was doing pretty well in the charts, but to be honest so do a lot of games I don't like, so I didn't infer anything from that...
I am just this minute finishing off the Just Dance review, as it happens :) Sorry for the delay - it would have been sooner but the snow made getting a copy difficult. Also the dog ate my review etc. Reply+21
TonyHarrison - I did ask them if there were any plans for a deal like the Netflix one Xbox 360 users have in the US. The answer was a pretty stock "It's something we might consider but right now we're focused on this download service." Sorry I didn't include this in the story, but I was trying to focus on the really important issues as I'm sure you can see. Reply+1
