  Its crucial to remember that the reason why they were able to plan in this way was because they were making an upgrade of an existing game, not creating something from scratch. You can be very detailed indeed when you have such a comprehensive model to work from - but establishing real creativity with so much paperwork would be impossible. Reply +1
