    @SpaceMidget75 You are wrong. Apple has made a larger contribution to gaming than you are giving credit for.

    It's just very "in the now" and you are still in denial about how good iOS is a format.

    You don't have to be a c*nt to like iOS around here - but it helps.

    I am going to go out on a limb and defend this for a second, iOS has become HUGE, they say more people play on iOS than the three main consoles on a daily basis.

    The real revolution is in the cost of gaming, 69p when I paid £69 for SNES Street Fighter 2.

    But does this have anything to do with Steve Jobs personally? Fuck no, he wasn't a games designer, or a hardware pioneer.

    So thats my defense over.

    The be all and end all is that Apple may well become the biggest influence in games over a decade or two, but its too early to show such a lack of respect to the REAL pioneers, which is ultimately what people in this thread are pissed off about, and even if they did only an idiot would name him (or Bill Gates, or whoever the CEO of Sony is this week)

    For my money, the biggest influence on gaming is Chuck Peddle, so google that one kids and then show off to your mates.     Reply +3
