Mushroom Men seems to have been in development for ages now. Having survived the acquisition of Gamecock by Southpeak it's certainly going to see release at some point, we're just not 100% sure when.

The last time any mushrooms spoke to us it was in a field in Cheshire, and to be honest, it's an experience we wouldn't care to repeat. However, Red Fly's Mushroom Men seems like an altogether more pleasant experience, what with the lack of nausea and hallucination.

Red Fly have kept Mushroom Men as a Nintendo exclusive, crafting a unique story for both Wii and DS. Take control of a soldier in the Bolette army as you battle against the forces of nastiness, teaming up with various other sentient plants and beasties along the way.
