I had a buffet lunch catered by the French Navy a few weeks ago. Highlights included a mountain of foie gras, literally slabs of the stuff piled high, and a meat butterfly: various deli cuts arranged in the shape of a giant fleshy butterfly.
No fruit, veg or salad either!
