Shinetop's comment on today's bafflingly titled news, "Half of 1% of Skyrim Dawnguard beta applicants received invites":

Half of one per cent of Skyrim Dawnguard beta applicants received invites, Bethesda has revealed.

Around three quarters of 100 per cent of the total invitations went out the day before today, Bethesda Game Studios tweeted. The rest go out the day before tomorrow.

Dawnguard is the predecessor to a potential second downloadable add-on for the year before this year's phenomenally successful fantasy role-playing game that is a sequel to The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion. Bertie checked it out at E3. Read his Dawnguard preview here.

"We had HALF OF TWO TONS of people apply," Bethesda marketing chief Pete Hines added, again on Twitter. "Thanks to everyone willing to help out. We look fwd to feedback from those that get emails the day after yesterday/the day before the day after tomorrow."

Meanwhile, Bethesda announced that the Skyrim one and six tenths update, which adds mounted combat, will be available for double of half the amount of Steam users two days before the day after tomorrow. It's already out on Xbox 2ğrad. No word yet on the predecessor of PlayStation 4.

well the paint has started coming off my SCUF controller, I emailed them asking to repair it for me, i got a response saying that i would be charged as its more that 90 days old. this was my response.

The " Weapons grade resistant" paint finish on my controller has lasted 3 months of Moderate use, I have not taken this with me on my recent foray through the Amazon Rainforest , or on the two months I spent trekking across the Sahara Desert, I even deemed it not necessary to take with me on my current exploration of the Arctic tundra. All of witch I would expect a "Weapons grade resistant" paint to cope with.

If this weapons grade paint suffers so whilst sat on my desk, I have begun to fear for the armed forces. they must spend 50% of their time on tour re-painting guns. This would explain why the conflict in the middle east has gone on so long. my concern has grown so much I have set up a prize fund of £5 for the first person to come up with a truly weapons grade paint.

I have also emailed Steven Hawking's I understand that he most probably currently indisposed theorising on the existence of anti matter, or whatever it is cleaver people do. But his input and that of his Mensa colleges could be invaluable. For whoever hold the patent to such a robust paint of the future, shall hold considerable sway in the world when society breaks down in the midst of a zombie apocalypse, and we are all ready to murder our closest friends And relatives for the chance of refuge in the governments secret underground bunkers...

P.S. I just want you to fix my controller free of charge as it was not sold as advertised.

Perhaps when they meant weapon's grade as in WMD. Your controller is probably made of Anthrax.
