|Might be but I do think Shopto have slipped a little. Not even the best for prices now days.|

That is true, and their site has gotten noticeably worse (Tabs to switch formats? Why?). Although their customer service is still a million miles ahead of any other retailer.
Yeah Zavvi actually seems the best for pricing now days?
See if the game turns up today. Not sure how long you have to wait to report a lost parcel?
Still waiting for Shopto to update their Android app to include Ps4, Xbone and WiiU games
Don't hold your breath on that.
Looks like my game is officially lost/stolen and I can't claim till mid next week. Annoying.

Shame they aren't as competitive as they used to be.

Used shopto a few times never had any problems always reliable.
Thats true... mostly for next gen. I still get the occasional WiiU or 3DS game from them
Trying to check their trade in prices but when ever I click 'Show Pricing' the text just flips over and ends up side down with no actual price.
Anyone else have this issue? Using the latest IE

The Shopto site has never been that great with IE from what I recall. If you can, try Firefox or Chrome.

They still good for getting you new releases a day before release day (as in Thursday, usually)?
They sell bike equipment now?
Maybe it's a tie in with GEARS of War?
@Syrette Oh absolutely, they're still spot on for pre-orders.

Dropped on their PS4+Destiny for £319.99 (via their Ebay Outlet) and the PS4 Headset 2.0 for a shade over £65.00 (thanks to accrued points) via the main site.
Excellent deliveries via DPD (timed to an hour slot and both spot on).
Certainly would recommend them if you find the price is right.
Wow! Just fucking brilliant.
I've had no end of problems with my One and I sent it back to MS twice with no real luck. Someone here suggested getting it replaced from ShopTo, which I honestly didn't think of.
Anyhow, rang them up and it was sorted on 5mins. I have to put everything back in the box. DPD will pick it tomorrow and label the package themselves. It'll get to ShopTo on Monday and they'll send a replacement out so I'll have a brand new unit on Tuesday.
Just asked what was wrong and that was it. First class service from ShopTo. Absolutely delighted
Just went to edit my card details via my Account, and instead of 'submit' as you'd expect, it said 'pay now'. I wasn't making an order.
Is that just a website mistake? Or have I actually fucking paid for some mystery thing?

No. They do a quick check on your card by charging about a quid or so (it could be more) and then doing an automatic refund.
Edit: The website should tell you exactly what's it doing. Happened to me recently when I put a new card in.

I assume it's because:
We will be performing a 1 GBP test transaction with your bank to verify your card details in the interest of securitry and fraud prevention. This 1 GBP transaction will be instantly refunded. So you are paying something, even if it is refunded instantly. I think it's a new thing.
Phew! Cheers guys
I accidentally refreshed trying to go back a page (stupid PS4 browser), so I was worried I'd double paid my Bayo 2 preorder somehow.
Wii U on the way from them now as well!

No more points Why has noone mentioned it here? If you don't spend 'em by the end of October they are gone forever.

@aros You should have got an email from them months ago.
Has anybody used the financing option for the consoles? It sounds like an OK idea to me in theory, but can you pay it off early? I'd like to basically dump a couple of hundred quid on the thing in one whack but it doesn't seem to indicate if you can do this or not.
Yep. I'm fairly sure it's a legal requirement to allow early repayment, but they do also say in their FAQ:
Can I pay my agreement off early?
You have the right to repay all or part of the credit early at any time.
No idea how you'd go about it though.
I must had missed that bit! Browsing on my phone probably wasn't the most sensible option.
It's basically just to be a greedy git and get it for Christmas, paying half of it so I can save the money for other people's gifts and then pay it off the next payday.
