    Funny as fuck.

Couldn't find any mention here so I thought I'd share. First two were made on his own, and then the Escapist commissioned one every week. I highly recommend watching them where people can't hear you giggle.

    The Darkness demo review.

    Fable: The Lost Chapters review.

Escapist link where the latest three concerning Heavenly Sword, Psychonauts and the Console Wars.

Heh, there is punctuation but that's besides the point. The Darkness one did indeed make me laugh a bit. Very good.

Sound is essential for the full amusement factor as the images alone may not make sense...

I never get around to watching videos that require sound. I get excited, yet by the time I've left work I've completely forgotten about it and/or lost the thread.

    Ah well.

Just caught up with the weeklies, still highly entertaining. Sticks out like a particularly entertaining thumb on The Escapist, though. Given that The Escapist is about as funny as cheesegratering your own testicles.

What about cheesegratering someone elses testicles?

Ill take this chance to pimp his awesome adventure games, available on yahtzee's website:

    http://www.fullyramblomatic.com/

Under the games tab, well worth getting the Trilby saga 5 Days a Stranger onwards.

There have been a couple of threads about his reviews, no idea what they were called or whether or not the search function would work long enough to find em :)

    They are great though.

I still don't think that would be very funny. Unless you find blood and screams amusing.

I downloaded 5 Days and played the first five minutes. Looking good! I shall continue.

I believe the following video has now become manditory whenever the "console wars" come up: console wars.

In case this isn't obvious: there's a new vid at the Escapist every Wednesday.

Heh heh - excellent! No real spoilers as such, unless you count giving away how many endings it has.

That was very amusing - make sure to read the text at the end... particularly funny/crude this week.

I just read the Bioshock review and first of all it's damned funny. Second, it echoes my current feelings extremely, extremely well (I'm only a bit more than an hour in, mind).

    One to bookmark, me thinks.

So amusing...I love the way he spits out the phrase 'console tards' - really sounds like he means it. Also the Hitler/skeletor thing had me in stitches. :D
  • Deleted user 6 September 2007 21:52:46
    :D

That's brilliant. The console wars summary is bang on the money too.

In fact, it's been a really shitty generation, hasn't it?

    +1

The first case of 'he said what i was thinking' ive ever had in my life, as im the hardcore pc fan who has played those rpgshooters and have a long love of system shock 2, the game is great, but my balls do tinge a little from its lack of depth compared to those other fine titles.
  • Deleted user 6 September 2007 22:17:50

Yes, but that's in the lack of depth bit too.

    Ah, true.

    Good atmosphere though.
