Pumpkin Seed is certainly one of the only ones of sufficient size to be anywhere near satisfying. Used to love those sesame bars though until I developed a rather scary allergic reaction to the little blighters :-(

Cookies made with wholemeal flour, rolled oats, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and hemp seeds. Delicious!

Yeah, I was kinda surprised myself, tbh. Still, its good to know that hard work does pay off once in a while, and I'd obviously like to thank my family who have stood by me in alll these years, etc. etc.

Roasted/smoked almonds are nice too, btw.

Well that's put me right off eating coconut...

Don't try and pseudo babble me into thinking a coconut is anything but a tribble. Which is MAMMAL.

Sunflower seeds! I could live on them! TBF mixed seeds is probably the best snack - Pumkin, sunflower, seasme seeds or what ever you fancy really.

The bars in ~China give you Seeds to snack on, I forgot what type they are though, only that they're very thin. Loved em! We used to go through about 5-6 bowls a night. :))

Are most seeds completely healthy then? Or don't some of them have a massive amount of fat?

I love all the ones mentioned so far. And if I like them that much they have to be bad for me.

Hardly any saturated, and they have lots of amino acids to make you grow up big and strong.

Sunflower. Go to a pet shop and get some parrot food. That way you get sunflower seeds and dried chilis to pep it up a bit.

I think pumpkin seeds are my favourite. I often bung a mixture of pumpkin, sesame, poppy and sunflower seeds under the grill to put on a sandwich. Almost any sandwich can be improved immeasurably with a sprinkling of roasted seeds.

The first time someone offered me sunflower seeds I thought he was taking the piss. I mean, I don't remember people being so silly 10 years ago.
