Good luck Ryan (and MrsDS) :)

For some reason I now have Dory singing in my head. Just keep swimming...

A strange game. The only winning move is not to play.

Why weren't you in for the 3 days they suggested then? Sounds like it might've been warranted. Good luck! On the healing up of your balls and with the IVF.

Minor vomiting this point.  Good luck though,  with the prospective kid and keep an eye out for gas gangrene.

Think I'll just switch everything off.

Just had an espresso made by my newly acquired Nespresso machine. Was delicious, and I'm (temporarily) a happy bunny. :D

Good luck Ryan. I can relate slightly having had one of mine removed. It took me days to even look!

Why are there bleeding balls in the random happy stuff thread? That said, I had it once myself (due to being silly rather than for medical reaons, mind) and it is horribly painful, I can relate :/

Anyhow, back to happy stuff: I just made grilled chestnuts, something I haven't eaten in ages (I mean literally at least 10 years). I had completely forgotten how awesome they are.
    YUMMY! :D

My car just flew through the MOT this morning, second year in a row it has gone through with no problems \0/
Might treat myself to something nice as I had a bit of money in reserve just in case it all went wrong this morning. Halo 4 is tempting me.

This morning I left my laptop on the train on the way to work, I realised I left it on the train about 15 minutes on from when I left train as I finished the sample of a book.

Cue panic and a rush back to Waterloo where I frantically asked the platform staff and lost property if they had found it. They told me to come back at 4:30pm. At this point I had resigned myself to never seeing the laptop again and made my way to the office to explain what had happened.

30 minutes after arriving into the office and setting up a replacement laptop whilst realising how much work I had actually lost I received a phone call from a number I didn't recognise. It was a person who had picked up my laptop in Ascot as he was leaving the train.

There were a few letters and bits of paper in my bag with my name and address on it. He had found one from my opticians who he called up and asked for my number. They duly obliged (DATA PROTECTION?!) and he called me up and asked if I had left my laptop on a train!

I confirmed the details and promptly jumped on the next train to Ascot and I'm now writing this from said laptop.

Bought the guy a drink and gave him £20 (which I would've had to pay to lost property if they found it).

Over the moon AND never putting my laptop back on the overhead rack every again!

    Come and get it cumslingers!

Skills. I guy I know lost his work laptop during a drinking binge one friday night, he was going mad over the weekend, called around bar etc trying to find if someone had handed it in. No luck. So monday morning he is walking to the office, knowing that he is about to get a nuclear bollocking, when he gets a call from the police saying that had his laptop and did he want to come pick it up. He detours to the police station, picks up the laptop, and arrives happily at work like nothing had happened :)
