    Although i went in there the other day, and maybe because there is not any clutter left, but the big long legged one on the ceiling had dissapeared.

    Its out of a Pataks jar, its not actually creamy or sweet. Also added extra chili powder from the indian shop :-)

    Decided to start running home from work from today. Saves a bit of time instead of walking home, getting changed, then heading out for a run. Plus I need to mix things up a bit cos my routine runs are getting a bit boring.

    Any tips for running smoothly while wearing a backpack?

    Yeah, I find all that helps. Exercise is really good although initially hard to get going on. It's always worth it in the end though.

    Skiing. Skiing is ace at clearing a hangover. Think its the fresh air and the cold.

    Not sure milton keynes snowdome will have the same effect mind.

    Jesus Christ, that makes me feel ill. My legs day this week was 4 sets of squats, lunges and calf raises!

    So garage is finally clean!

    Dad bringing over some insulation I've had delivered tomorrow so I can cover up the door from the cold (and spiders)

    Then I will fill some of the holes in the wall, put in the rubber flooring, and paint the walls

    I've no idea how you guys lose weight. I'm a lot skinnier than I was before I started trying to lose weight and get fit, but it turns out I weigh exactly the same as I did all those years ago. At least I've dropped a few inches in the waist, and can get back into my old suit.
