|I'hd recently joined a gym too so will prob check back for advice. Just doing cardiovascular at the moment, 1hr 3 times a week. Need to build up some stamina before I start weights/resistance. Only been going a couple of weeks but really enjoying it. I am a bit of a bloater so any fat burning tips would be great. I have also cut my food intake, although I'm not on any specific diet. Cut out chocolate and ready meals and am a fussy eater veggie (no mushrooms or aubegines).|
