Registered 5 years agoGot a superstition going. Didn't shave for a few weeks when we started the IVF cycle. I made a joke about how, like Sampson, I need my beard to bring me luck. 8 weeks later I now have a full beard and want to shave, but today we did the implants, and I am so nervous that my beard genuinely does comfort me in a safety blanket way, so I can't shave for 2 more weeks until the pregnancy test.
Then I'm sure I will get more superstitious and not shave for 9 months, I am going to end up looking like a mad hermit. -

Registered 7 years agoThe only ones like that I can find are shave oils. Are they the same thing?
@Ryan: Beards make men more virile, that's scientific fact. There's no real evidence for it; but it is scientific fact. This post is sponsored by Apple and the iPhone 4S. Think different.

And twiddling a moustache can also be equally fun!
I also like the way my beard acts like a snow-plow for people.
I walk down a busy highstreet and people often get out of my way, it's the beard fear -

Registered 4 years agoI am rocking a bit of an Abe Lincoln at the moment because I don't have strong growth on my cheeks. I'm hoping if I let it will happen natuarally if I just give it time.

Registered 9 years agoMine keeps sprouting in all directions, with really long single ones sticking directly outwards. I want uniformity dammit. -

Registered 11 years agoI'm growing a lush arse beard as I type this. I can no longer wipe, I'm reduced to a regiment of blowdrying, than combing it through after a loose stool.
