    Masq

Very strange..interactive comic, I guess is the best way of describing it. Simple graphics and basic choose-your-own-adventure gameplay hide a surprisingly complex plot arc, which does genuinely massively change depending on your actions. It's quite adult as well (both in terms of "It deals with blackmail/torture/kidnapping/murder and "it has boobies in").

5 chapters so far. For some reason you can only play chapter 5 up to 15 times, but you can just re-register (it's free) to get another 15, if that's your thing.

Just in the small 5 chapters, there are probably hundreds of combinations of actions, all of which have major impacts on what happens in the story.

I haven't yet found a way to cheat on my wife without her discovering it, but you can do it, apparently.

It's better than I expected - did the first two chapters. Nikki is a bit of a slut isn't she?

    Masq crusaders,
Working all the time, fighting crime, fighting crime!
Secret raiders, who will neutralise, as soon as they arrive,
    Trekker's gonna lead the mission,
And Spectum's got such super vision,
    M-m-m-Masq!
Is the mighty power that can save the day,
    m-m-m-Masq!
No-one knows what lies behind their masquerades!
    M-m-m-Masq!
    Always riding on Venom's trail,
    Come see the Laser Rays,
    Fly away!

I used to love MASK, but bizarrely I have no recollection whatsoever of the theme tune.

    Cool.

I had Switchblade, Rhino and two Condors - my little brother wanted one too. Sweet nostalgia.

Isn't this the split topic. Do we

    a.) discuss the linked freeware
    or
    b.) discuss 80's kiddie shows

I think the freeware was here first, so maybe the nostalgic cartoon crew best find their own thread.
