It is possibly one of the most epic albums ever made. Except for that fucking song about the magic frog; that can go do one.

    +1

Came across these guys myself a few months back, great band. Hurry Up, We're Dreaming is very good (and Steve McQueen is one of my favourite songs ever), but I prefer Saturdays = Youth.

He needs to do another Digital Shades album. Vol. 1 was bliss.

Heh, listening Hurry Up now, can't believe I missed M83 entirely. Hard to find their earlier albums it seems, any tips on where to get them?

    Amazon have a reasonable selection.
The only other M83 album I have is 'Before The Dawn Heals Us' which has a couple of absolutely awesome songs on it.
Looks that might be one of the more difficult ones to find.
If you want to give it a go but can't find it, PM me.

Doesn't seem to be much mention of 'Dead Cities, Red Seas & Lost Ghosts' here, which is still my favourite album by M83.

I think their "Lower your eyelids to die with the sun" is the best song ever.
    Not on Spotify though.

Yet I've noticed that if I serch for song often enough sooner or later they show up.

been a fan since the release of his first album, it's a shame so many people think his music to be 'gay', it's incredible!

It's all quite soundtracky really. It's the only reason in tempted to sit through the film actually.

The film isn't bad either, it's very watchable.
