    Productive day eh? ;)

Although I despise the majority of food they sell, they is nothing wrong with the old Mcmuffin!

As a man who keeps chickens, I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to eggs, those things barely have the same colour and the texture is way off - they taste completely unnatural.

Plus the meat tastes nothing like bacon!

It tastes about as much like bacon and egg in a muffin as a pineapple does.

I'm going to make a huge bacon sarnie tonight in honour of this great occasion.

Sounds good. I'm a little new to this "sandwich" malarkey but I might give one of these "bacon sarnies" a bash tonight. Quick question though, does it go bacon, bread, bacon or bread, bacon, bread?
  • Deleted user 22 March 2012 15:59:32
    It goes bacon bacon bacon.

It all comes down to personal preference but I've always favoured the bacon, bread, bread technique - controversial, I know.

From the title I keep expecting the first post in this thread to be a picture of the poster balls deep in a bacon buttie.

The man who invented birleys needs a medal.

No better way to start the day than a bacon sandwich in granary with brown sauce.

Give yourself £5 or ½ gig, you're worth it.

    Brown sauce is overrated.

Lea & Perrin’s or Henderson’s Relish all the way.

Bacon is even better if you're Jewish. All the same crispy salty deliciousness, but it's sinful into the bargain. Just the most awesome thing in the world.

Eat one when driving on the sabbath for an even better experience, and wash down with some nice Christian baby blood.

There's always a dietary law you can break if you try hard enough. Like the no fruit from a tree until its 3 years old one.

I made a bacon and egg sandwich earlier while watching Temple of Doom.

Lazy days off are the best, but like anything else, everything is better with bacon.

I had a roll with sausage on it instead of bacon for breakfast. As good as it was, bacon would've been better. I don't know why I doubt that and think change is nice sometimes, as it isn't when the change means you eat less bacon.
