January is usually colder than December. Doesn't look like it will be this year though. It's still Winter - get used to it! No spring until March.

    Snowing in Manchester!

The Resident Evil films. I'm one of the reasons they keep making them.

It was pissing down and so dark in Slough on my way to work this morning I had to double check the time just to make sure I hadn't accidentally got up an hour early.

Ditto in Leeds. Getting a thin covering in the city centre which means outlying areas will be a fair bit thicker

Heh, yesterday as I wheeled the bike out of the front door, I noticed it was raining, fairly heavily, but I thought, fuck it, it's only water.

Stupid air-conditioned offices with no radiators. I managed to dry my gloves and socks, and my t-shirt wasn't too bad, but my come 6pm I had to put still soggy trews back on to cycle home.

Cubby didn't know how to turn off sigs!

Apparently it snowed quite a bit last night. Didn't really settle though.

Went to sleep last night, all clear. Woke up and looked out of the window and it's a sea of white. Bit surreal. Bradford btw.

Leeds and the 'white rose' county earning it's name again. Glad I decided to work from home today.

Snow in Leeds, I'm heading to Newcastle for a stag night so hopefully it will be okay. My suitcase has a compass built into the handle so I'm prepared for arctic conditions!

    No it's not.

Went sledging. My youngest got knocked flying and busted up his lips. Then we built a snowman called Scott. Happy days :D

The shitty thing about being in a country that gets snow regularly is that nothing gets cancelled when it happens. Two inches in the past hour (with no sign of stopping or easing up), but college classes are still going to run as usual. BOO.

It's proper toasty here. Spring has sprung. Might have to go poison some pigeons in the park.

A strange game. The only winning move is not to play.

We had 60 inches of snow last January alone (a record for the area). This year, we've had 4 inches total. :/

I'm not complaining, but it feels like we skipped a season this year.

Well fuck, it seems yesterday's forecasts weren't overblown at all and I'm now looking at heavy snow in Leeds. I've got to fucking run to work in that you weather god shits!

Yup was snowing here in Edinburgh yesterday. Just outside in Penicuik it was even worse.

Our month-long focus on indie games starts with my look at the PS4's best game (still): Resogun!
