I liked last night episode as well, so far I'd rate the series 8 out of 10. it loses a couple of marks for lack of Zapp Brannigan.

Last week's episodes were OK-ish. Tonight's two episodes were great!

All The Presidents' Heads was superb!

Anyone else think that the British version of New New York looked way cooler than the American version? Just sayin', guvnors.

    British bender was something special.

I liked the robot cop. "Indubitably" is definitely the English version of "Awww yeah".

New episode was brilliant. The space whale was so fucking badass.

I dunno, I thought it was a bit weird. I couldn't buy into the concept of Leela becoming increasingly obsessed as I see her as one of the sanest of the group, it just happened too fast.

As far back as I can remember I always wanted to be a ninja.

It did seem cut down to fit the whole story in, but man, that whale was superb. It was very visually spectacular and reminded me a lot of the chili pepper episode of The Simpsons.

I liked the episode my only real complaint is that it felt like it was an episode that was cut down a lot to fit everything in. It felt rushed and so the pacing was a bit off, still entertaining to watch but needed more time to develop the plot.

Just watched the latest episode, it was by far the best of the season. Its logic didn't quite hold up, but this is Futurama so that's hardly an issue: what counts is that I laughed many times, which has been a rarity this season. Not getting my hopes up for the rest of the season, but that was pretty great. Especially Zoidberg's hair and the Wongs ("I don't know him! What else you got?!").

I thought it was a brilliant episode. A few of the slapstick gags were great as well.
    Really good episode imo

Chaps are Sky showing 1 new episode per week or 2. I have seen 2 the first week, 1 last week and one on Sunday (Friday repeat I think, at least I have never seen before)

So I think they have shown 4 eps of season 5 so far ?

2 every Friday night from 8pm.

New episode was okay. I couldn't empathise with Fry and his space monster as much as I did with Seymour though. I liked the line the vendor said to Bender about the power of the obnoxious cigar.

The spaceship graveyard did look pretty cool, as did the whale and the fourth dimension. Agree about the Simpsons episode you're talking about, it's one of my favourites.

Meh not really a fan of that episode, it was ok but nothing that special about it or heart felt probably my least favourite of the season.

I thought it was pretty good. Nice to have a normal episode, I swear in the first half of season 6, every episode was about something world-threatening.

Fry's voice is still weird though. I don't know why it doesn't bother more people. His voice used to have a dumb confidence to it, now he's just whiny. Makes him sound a bit pathetic.

I think the voices have got a lot better lately. I do agree they were off from the get-go, but I do not notice as much now. I watched a few episodes from season 3 and 4 last week and it isn't that different to be honest. As for this season loving it, although I thought the cat episode last night was the weakest so far. We also NEED more/any Zapp.

It's not old, it was in the first half of this season, which aired last year.
