Who is more stupid? The welder or the moron in the comments asking if he died?

I'm inclined to say the moron in the comments. At least the welder gets paid to be an idiot.

I just saw the headline "Drunk crew lets fishing boat ram into nuclear submarine".
Somehow I knew it was news from Russia before I clicked it.

Can't find an English link straight away and not going to google too extensively at work. Sorry.

For anyone who fancies the Dutch article.

Toys cannot hold protest because they are not citizens of Russia, officials rule

One possibility, said the activist Sergei Andreev, is a solitary picket, which is allowed to take place without permission from local authorities under Russian law.

"We will stand up one [toy] and the rest will sit on a bench not far away," said Andreev.

Oh dear, that's some rather comical ballot stuffing there.

    This space left intentionally blank.

146% turnout is impressive, puts our low voting numbers to shame. Well done, Russia.

PUTIN, OH PUTIN, YOU ARE SO GREAT LIKE STALIN, WE LOVE YOU YA LUBLU PUTINUUUUUUU

Scary stuff, innit. Ironic that the Russian verb to vote stems from the noun 'voice'. Just makes it all the more stereotypically repressive.
