HairyArse, nice journalism bragging, always nice to see some nice free fonts from planet.dk from 1997 still getting some use on the shadier parts of the internets.

Hey, anytime Hyoushi, but I can't claim any of the responsibility for whatever fonts you might have been referring to as that's not my job.

In fairness Pirotic, you should still listen. It's a fantastic interview and far above the standard 'marketing droll'. Honestly, your name is never mentioned and even when 'mention' of you comes about it's only in passing and not all negative.

Basically they say you can't be trusted as a reliable source, which is fair given they don't read the forums and no one (well, I at least) don't know who you really are :)

Well for a start Montana isn't developed by anyone nearly as interesting as Dyack :)

He might be slightly insane, but who else forumlates a plan to reform internet usage by combining the works of 3 completely individual writers into one masterplan and then issues challenges and near threats to forumites to join or be against his game :p

Owns Silicon Knights I believe. Anyways, I'm pissed so hold my comments from 11 pm onwards in whatever regard you want to.

Perhaps you should at least read something about Too Human then?

It's essentially a diablo clone, that's as close a comparison as I can make then, but Knights also made the rather controversial GC port of MGS 2 I believe :)

This games never really been on my radar TBH, but they had it on the 1UP show this week and it looks good, complicated, but good.

Still, it's a load of old internet ramble about a game from a company that made an 8/10 game 7 years ago.

Eh? Who gives a shit what they made? At this stage all I really care about is the interest Dyack creates. Generates some very interesting discussions, intelligent, but misguided bloke.

I agreed with him on the 'one console future' for example and you can tell this 'forum' topic he's created is really well thought through, even if essentially it's a response to all the haters he has on Neogaf.

Basically, a high profile developer who has the balls to expose who he really is whilst delivering a fairly high profile game with some fairly high proflie detractors...

Essentially a potential, and, in fairness, history for drama is why this is getting so much attention.

Updated the links for the interview so we can hear what was happening 2 year before.
    Blast from the past.

Not really. It's just how he felt about the game at the end of the day. I think if we turned round and asked him his opinion right now it'd still be the same, in spite of less critical reviews.

Too Human turned out alright. Plenty of problems with it but overall it's a good game. Yep.

i got this game cheap at the weekend. It's ok, there are a few bugs and the story isn't anywhere near as engaging as it should be but it's far from terrible. I'm interested in seeing the new classes that are meant to be coming out, hopefully add a bit more variety.

Honestly, I had a good time with this game. It was certainly a welcome addition to my collection in the very barren period that has seemingly gone on forever now. :/

A big chunk of staff are being laid off this week, supposedly.

    # I heard it through the grape vine, etc etc

:( It's not an awful game by any means. Just not what it was supposed to be, and BOOM.

Too Human sounds like a great premise it's a shame it wasn't implimented properly.

I'm going to buy it when it's in the bargain bins.

It was, though. The dungeon crawling is great (played my friends a fair bit, need to get it myself really), and the loot etc is fine, and the combat is excellent once you play it properly, it ain't no hack and slash.

Just the story is pretty poor and there's some odd design choices here and there, plus difficulty spikes bla bla bla. But then, the former isn't the key thing in a dungeon game, tbh.
