Are you a CEO, CFO or other executive facing these or similar charges? Why should you go to jail for a crime someone else noticed? You don’t need double-talk.

    You need Bob Loblaw.

"Your son's going to be alright"
    "Oh thank God!"
"I don't think I'd be reacting like that to this news"
"But.... you said he'd be fine"
"I said he'd be alright. ALL RIGHT. He lost his left hand"
    "YOU SON OF A BITCH!"

As someone said before I love the way the same little funny moments keeping popping up.

Currently working my way through season 3 and love that whenever anyone is watching a video George Michael's light sabre fight pops up or if playing a tape or CD you can guarantee one of Gob's song will play.

Just started the 3rd season, and Kalel is right - it does keep getting better and better. Michael has had 3 outstanding throw away one-liners that had me in tears.

    "That's not a Volv-o...."

What?! Blimey, did it get that bad, or just a little tired and nrun out of ideas?

Not, it's too good. It was shaming everything else on US TV so they killed it.

    :)

Yeah, I’d only just started watching season 3 at that point :)

It’s not shite, that’s harsh, but all the ‘English’ stuff really got on my tits. You’ll see what I mean…

They've only just touched on that so far (only seen 2 episodes). At least they did employ some Brits.

The "Mister F" arc was very out of place. Still funny, but just not the same kind of funny. luckily it gets back on track for a great end run.

Season 3 is just as awesome as the rest of them. Particularly the Rita episodes which when you watch over again you just realize how clever the writing is. Then again you watch any episode and you'll see it foreshadows something that happens even a whole season away. Truly amazing writing, the likes of which we'll probably never see again.

The last few episodes when they know they're cancelled are the most glorious in-joke laden, intelligent pieces of television comedy of all time.

For example the "Lessons" episode. You know what I mean. Just breathtaking writing.

"And that's why you don't use a one-armed man to teach a lesson!!!"

I was out of my seat at that point.

The Judge Reinhold episode is glorious too.

    Probably my favourite of all.

Tobias (as Mrs. Featherbottom): "Okay, who’d like a banger in the mouth? Oh, right. I forgot. Here in the States, you call it a sausage in the mouth."

Michael: "We just call it a sausage."

Look at them, arguing over Brass Eye, oblivious to the greatest comedy show ever.

Bugger, I can't get episode 5 of Season 2 to work on TV Links. :(

Loved the running joke in the first few episodes.

    "Ann's here."
    "Who?"
    "Ann. My girlfriend"
    "I don't think I've met her"
    "Yes you have"
    "I don't think so"

    or whatever it was. :)

    "I did?"
    "She's over there."

    "Her?"

    "Ann's entering a beauty contest..."
    "Who's Ann?"
"She's my girlfriend. You've met her and met her..."
"No I know who Annabel is. Who's the Ann you're talking about?"
    "Her name's not Annabel, it's..."
"I know I just call her Annabel because her body is shaped like a.....SHE'S THE BELLE OF THE BALL!"
"Well anyway, she's entering a beauty contest and I'm going to be her manager..."

    *silence*

    "...It's an inner beauty contest"
    "There we go."

    "Who's that little dude?"
    "That's Ann, my girlfriend."

    *pause*

    "She's really funny."
    "Let's hope so."

"She does this cute thing, she puts an egg in her mouth and squirts mayonnaise in and she swills it around... she calls it a 'mayonn-egg'. You okay?"
"Yeah I don't feel too good."

"Ann's going to be coming over soon."
    "Oh Egg's coming?"
    "It's Ann."

    "This is Ann's mother."
    "You're Ann's mother? I'm sorry I'm just so surprised..."
"Next you're going to say Ann and I could be sisters!"
"No! No, I would never say that...."

    Arrested Development
    Curb Your Enthusiasm
    Family Guy
    Firefly
    Futurama

My five favourite TV series of all time and it is such a shame that three were cancelled (four if you count the Family Guy on/off air time a few years ago).

I still haven't picked up Season 3 and because of this wonderful thread, it will be my first DVD purchase when I get paid in two weeks times.
