My mate has ordered Front mission 4 for me almost 2 weeks ago now and after him asking where it is a couple of times they keep giving him crap excuses.

The latest one is that when he ordered it, it was out of stock.
It didn't state this anywhere on the site.

    Anyone had similar problems?

Never. They've been great every time I've used them, delivery in about 4 days, on average. I spent 85 with them earlier this evening and I expect the games to arrive by saturday at the latest.

Never let me down, and I must have put at least 500 their way in the last few years.

They always replied promptly and directly to me by email... maybe their site doesn't get updated automatically? What did they say before the last communication?

Just that it was on its way

Sounds like some crossed wires on their part... I honestly don't think they're trying to mess you around deliberately, normally they'll go out of their way to help. If you don't want to wait, just cancel the order and buy from another importer/exporter.

Their shipping rates are, as I recall, per game, so you may as well place two seperate orders if you're concerned about unwanted customs attention.

So.. anyone know where I can get the leaked user details list? The rapidshare link has been removed.

Really need to check if my data is on there. I assume it is. The email + pw combo for VG+ is the same one I use for 50+ other sites, so yeah..

Yeah, I want it too for the same reason. No luck so far.

The Pastebin thing does say the passwords were encrypted though.

Thankfully I changed all my important passwords after the Sony debacle, and I haven't had to order anything from them in the last five years so my payment details should be useless now, but if I suddenly start trying to sell you guys almost genuine Roxel watches you know who to blame (the bad economy).

I don't think they took any payment details.

My main worry is my email + password, which is the same as I use for a great many other sites.

A great many or 50+? Don't think I'll sleep tonight until I know the answer.

Give yourself 5 or gig, you're worth it.

I don't even know, myself! PANIC!

How would you go about having different passwords for everything, anyway? I certainly couldn't remember them all. Would a text document/excel file on my computer be a good idea?

I have about six different passwords of varying length and complexity, and I pick one based on how important it would be to me if that site was ever compromised. For instance, if Eurogamer was hacked and my password from here was stolen, it might get them into my GameFAQs account, but not my email or my online banking. Similarly if my account from some site I care less about was stolen, it might get them into other accounts I don't really care about, but not my Eurogamer account.

I used to use a single eight-digit password for everything and paid hard for that when my Gmail account was apparently brute-forced, which in turn got them into loads of other stuff (including my HMV account where some guy in Hong Kong ordered thousands of pounds worth of stuff... good thing I had no money). Never did get that Gmail account back either.

That's pretty much how I do it, I have unique passwords for all my "top tier" stuff, such as Gmail, Amazon, iTunes, etc.

But for most things, I use the same password. Have also used that password for sites where I've put my card details in, which I really shouldn't have. I'm sure nothing will come of this, but it's about time I made a change cause if I keep the same password all the time, it really is an accident waiting to happen.

I've had no probs with VG+ either. Bought a launch US PS3 from them, even managed to dodge an otherwise hefty import duty thanks to them laying it on thick that it was a gift.

I was going to sign in to change my password, but apparently the site doesn't recognise my email. I've not used it since around 2006, so I'm wondering if they delete old accounts? Or did I just have an email address I've forgotten about?!

Did the same for me when I got a PSP from them, put it in a toothpaste box (because toothpaste makes for a great gift after all).

Yeah the whole "gift" thing is what they do.

You guys need to use LastPass. It's a plug-in password manager for Chrome or Firefox which can generate unique passwords and remembers them for you. You only need to remember one master password. I've been using it for years now and it's free and extremely reliable. There are alternatives too but I haven't tried them.

My last order with them was in June 2009, so I'm guessing I'm in the 'database'.

YAY - I feel like I belong. At last.

My last order from them was in 2005 and my account is still active, for what it's worth.
